Postdoctoral Researcher in Quantum Networking

At IMDEA Networks Institute, we invite applications for a postdoctoral researcher position working on challenging theoretical problems in Quantum Networking.
Key Responsibilities:
We seek a highly motivated researcher with a strong background in Quantum Information Theory and Computer Networking to join our team.
Requirements:
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics with a strong grasp on Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Information Theory.
- Demonstrated record of individual initiative and originality in research.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a background in Quantum Information theory, Computer Networking, and Machine Learning.
- Programming skills in at least one language (Python, C, etc.).
- Knowledge of Qiskit or any other quantum programming language is a strong plus.
- Understanding of network theory from an applied and/or theoretical perspective (such as graph theory) is a strong plus.
