We are seeking an experienced Principal HVDC Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our HVDC team, you will be responsible for delivering high-voltage direct current (HVDC) projects from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HVDC project teams in the development of feasibility studies, optioneering studies, and technical bid reviews.
- Prepare specifications and technical documentation for HVDC projects.
- Conduct site visits and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HVDC projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience in HVDC engineering, ideally with an OEM, consultancy, or owner background.
- Strong understanding of HVDC principles, system studies, and technology trends.
- Proven track record of delivering complex HVDC projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
