Schreiber Foods is a leading global manufacturer of dairy-based ingredients and snacks. We're looking for an experienced Food Safety and Quality Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in leading sanitation programs and implementing effective food safety and quality management systems.
This is a critical role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of food safety and quality management principles.
- Develop and implement sanitation QSPs (quality system procedure) documents and assist in the development of plant SSOPs, CIP Neptune, and sanitation audit documentation.
- Lead individual Sanitation Programs and group Sanitation Essentials training to plant sanitarians and other partners.
- Collaborate with Engineering and equipment vendors to ensure new or modified equipment meets sanitary design and regulatory requirements.
- Manage data from the Sanitation audit, pathogen environmental monitoring program, pre-op inspections, MSS site audits, food safety audits, customer complaints, and respond to trends and take corrective actions.
