Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager and Construction Coordinator for our PV plant in LLEIDA. This role will involve implementing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in PV farm construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement project plans and schedules
* Coordinate resources and personnel
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations
* Monitor progress and report on site activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors
Requirements
* MSc in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or similar
* Minimum 3 years of experience in PV farm construction
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for constructing and operating renewable assets in Spain
* Excellent English language skills (B2 level)
* Knowledge of PV industry best practices, standards, and related Spanish legislation
* Office software proficiency, including MS Project Planner
