Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Málaga, Spain.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and directing customers
- Providing accurate information on products and services
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Proactively conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-selling and up-selling products
- Ensuring racks are fully stocked and packaging is ready
- Managing returns and coordinating with the Retail Sales Representatives team
- Informing customers about discounts and special offers
- Providing customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Staying up-to-date with new products and services
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and good English
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Basic knowledge of inventory stocking procedures and cash desk operations
- Solid math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
