About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a key member of our order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Backlog Management
    • Manage customer/partner backlog to ensure timely delivery of orders within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Monitor and analyze backlog tools to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Provide regular backlog analysis and summary reports to customers and account teams.
    • Manage claims, exceptions, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Financial and Revenue Management
    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and closure of orders.
    • Minimize field inventory through continuous analysis and reporting.
    • Reduce financial disputes and work to resolve them promptly.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize revenue on accounts.
  3. Communication and E2E Coordination
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and claims.
    • Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Interface with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
    • Consult with customers on order management processes and policies.
  4. General Responsibilities
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with processes and policies.
    • Deliver tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Comply with internal policies and procedures.
    • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience in customer interaction and supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented and team-focused.
