About the Role

As a Crew Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Monthly planning and optimization of Volotea Flight & Cabin Crew while ensuring compliance with flight time limitations, company standards, and costs.
  • Monthly planning and scheduling training for Flight deck and Cabin Crew according to annual needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of crew qualifications, expiries, categories, and contract status on AIMS database.

You will work closely with our Training, HR, Chief Pilot Office, and Cabin Team departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in Workforce Planning, Transport Planning, or Scheduling is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
