At Volotea, we are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic Operations Control Center (OCC) team. As an Occruitment Specialist - Aviation Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights.

The Role
This is a challenging opportunity to work with us as a Flight Dispatcher, Ground Operations Support, Crew Control Agent or similar. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including flight planning, crew management, and coordination with airport authorities. You will also contribute to the development of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Aeronautical Management, Aeronautical Engineer, Flight Dispatcher, or Pilot License.
• Mandatory advanced Spanish and English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• A high understanding of the aviation operational environment.
• Ability to handle real-time operational problems and provide sensible solutions.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary for someone with your skills and experience in the aviation industry.
