Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Clinical Data Engineer Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of data processing systems, integrating clinical trial applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data management, and clinical trial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies for data processing and integration
- Lead the setup of processes for technical tools to facilitate receipt and management of data from internal and external providers
- Define and maintain integrations between clinical trial applications
- Design and execute tasks governed by technical standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, data management, and clinical trial operations
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA, and SAS
- Experience with clinical trial start-up, conduct, and close-out activities
- Familiarity with industry standards on integration technology such as web services and odm.xml
- Effective time management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
