Buscamos un Teleoperador Tarjetas de Empresa American Express con experiencia en ventas telefónicas y capacidad para impulsar la innovación y el cambio. Serás responsable de captar nuevos clientes PYMES para American Express, dirigiéndote a empresas del mercado español.

Responsabilidades
  • Ofrecer los servicios de SBS a empresas españolas, realizando la venta de una forma profesional y personalizando los beneficios a la peculiaridad de cada empresa.
  • Investigar dónde realizará sus gastos de empresa e incentivar ese gasto.
  • Preparar la Tarjeta y hacer seguimiento durante los 12 meses siguientes a la venta, para acompañar y motivar el gasto del cliente.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia demostrada de venta telefónica de tarjetas u otros productos con resultados exitosos de al menos 4 años.
  • Experiencia en generación de leads y venta fría.
  • Autodirigido y orientado a los resultados con una perspectiva positiva y un enfoque claro en el logro y la superación de objetivos y metas.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptabilidad al cambio, así como alta capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
  • Mentalidad desafiante con capacidad de pensar de forma creativa para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Planificador natural, muy organizado y con capacidad para gestionar varios clientes en distintas fases del proceso de venta y varias tareas al mismo tiempo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente a la vez que colabora con miembros del equipo en diferentes mercados para maximizar el rendimiento individual y de la empresa.
  • Estilo de comunicación telefónica muy atractivo con capacidad para hablar con confianza y excelencia con altos ejecutivos.
