We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Privacy Monitoring and Testing efforts. As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring and testing strategy to ensure adherence to privacy laws, regulations, and American Express Data Protection and Privacy Principles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement monitoring and testing strategies to assess adherence to privacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with privacy experts, business teams, and legal counsel to define monitoring and testing objectives and priorities.
- Conduct testing of privacy controls, processes, and practices, and propose corrective action as needed.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong audit or testing technical expertise, analytical skills, and a keen curiosity about data protection and privacy. You'll be a trusted advisor and a strategic thinker, able to drive compliance and risk mitigation across the organization.
