We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Processor to join our Madrid office. As a key member of our CE claims hub team, you will be responsible for handling claim administrative tasks for other European clusters.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day tasks on time and meet set deadlines (SLA's)
- Highlight and manage process exceptions proactively
- Maintain claims data entry and indexing file upload/documentation integrity
- Adhere to best practices and guidelines for the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes
- Advanced level in English (C1) is a must
- Native/Bilingual in French is a must
- Bachelor's degree in law is preferred
- Basic knowledge of commercial insurance A&H, P&C classes, UW or policy issuance is preferred
