Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ai Marketing Strategist to lead our overall marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can operate both creatively and analytically, ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with our goals and deliver measurable results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Formulate, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy, reporting regularly to the CEO on performance and progress.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including video production, tailored for B2B audiences and aligned with AI consultancy and training.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead generation, CRM, and campaign management.
- Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead conversion.
- Oversee website management and SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct client interviews via Zoom to produce compelling testimonials and case studies.
- Set up and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand partnerships and reach.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and market AI-related events, courses, and products.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to independently develop and implement marketing strategies, and report on performance at senior management level.
- Understanding and experience of using AI for Marketing and Content Creation.
- Strong people skills with the ability to conduct professional-client interviews via Zoom.
- Experience managing HubSpot and running successful B2B marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in video editing and social media content creation, particularly for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience in website management and SEO best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up business environment, working under your own initiative to identify problems and opportunities, and coordinate with the team to address them.
Key Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
