About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Success Factors Systems Specialist to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SAP Success Factors system, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems, and providing top-notch support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects, collaborating with the IT team and technical developers.
Develop and implement an improvement plan to adapt the Employee Central module to new business needs.
Integrate Success Factors with other systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and minimal downtime.
Manage and maintain the Employee Database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Monitor data integrity, conduct regular audits, and resolve inconsistencies.
Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department.
Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data.
Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
Create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools.
Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets, providing exceptional service to our employees.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
Proven experience working with databases and data visualization tools, such as PowerBI.
Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with French or Italian being a plus.
