Nuclio Talent is a leading company in the fashion sector, seeking a highly experienced and visionary Global Marketing Director to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong track record in digital growth and marketing, capable of driving our brand's global presence, increasing sales, and strengthening customer relationships through innovative and creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Global Strategies: Create and implement global marketing strategies that align business objectives with market trends and consumer needs.
  • Digital Growth: Lead digital growth initiatives, including social media marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Branding and Positioning: Develop and execute branding strategies to strengthen and position the brand in international markets, ensuring a consistent and attractive brand identity.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt to consumer trends.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Foster innovation and creativity within the marketing team, promoting new ideas and approaches to capture the target market's attention.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a global marketing team, ensuring professional development and high performance.
  • Budget and ROI: Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and a high return on investment (ROI) for all initiatives.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and IT, to ensure coherence and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Public Relations and Communications: Oversee public relations and communication strategies to maintain a positive brand image and manage crisis communication if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in digital marketing within the fashion industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; MBA or advanced training in digital marketing is valued.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, data analysis, and CRM.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills; ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish, and at least one additional language; fluency in multiple languages is valued.
  • Global Orientation: Experience in international markets and ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.
