Our goal is to provide customers with high-quality documentation, including manuals, service bulletins, and ground support equipment, to enable safe and efficient maintenance operations throughout the aircraft's life cycle. In this position, you will support various activities, including:
Technical Authoring Activities:- Management and coordination of technical data authoring activities, ensuring timely delivery of products in accordance with contractual commitments and quality standards.
- Proactive identification and resolution of blocking points that could impact the timely update of manuals within assigned ATA chapters.
- Continuous assessment of assigned ATA chapters to identify potential issues in documentation, proposing improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
- Interface between technical data, customers, and internal contributors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Management of configuration for each system at MSN level for all written procedures.
- Management and monitoring of subcontractors, providing support in authoring activities at ATA level.
- Definition and analysis of KPIs to evaluate general performance.
- Participation in transnational and transorganizational projects to improve products and processes.
- Continuous improvement of processes and technical data tools, as well as transnational standardization of ways of work.
- Management and response to customer questions through the Tech Request Tool, providing efficient and continuous support to improve customer satisfaction and detect potential safety impacts.
- Responsibilities can be increased by assuming transversal missions within the SED, such as the role of Technical Data Customer Interface, coordinating major technical data subjects specific to a portfolio of airlines/lessors.
Required Skills:
As key skills and competences for the application:
- Engineering degree or studying a master related to engineering.
- Passion for aircraft, maintenance, engineering, and manuals.
- Enjoy generating instructions and procedures to assemble/disassemble machines and devices, and creating ancillary tooling to support the process.
- Proactivity, teamwork, curiosity, and an open-minded profile for change and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer focus to guarantee excellence in our products and services.
- English knowledge (equivalent reference European frame B2 level).
- General knowledge of the aircraft and its systems.
For this position, the following skills are considered as a plus:
- Detailed knowledge of the aircraft and its systems.
- Knowledge of Google suite tools, skywise, and other digitalization initiatives.
- AI, programming, and small apps development.
