We are seeking a seasoned Executive Employment Attorney to join our client's in-house team. This role will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on employment and labor law matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Labor Law Advisor to collaborate with business teams to align legal and business strategies.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in employment or labor law and will be able to wear both business and legal hats. A strong interest in flexibility and work-life balance is essential.

In this challenging role, you will provide support to the organization in compliance and risk management. You will earn an above market compensation package while maintaining a wonderful work-life balance.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
