Cameco Corporation is one of the largest global providers of uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world. Our corporate office is based in Saskatoon, with operations and projects in northern Saskatchewan, Kazakhstan, the United States, and Australia. We are seeking a student intern to work in our Compliance and Licensing group within the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality department at our corporate office in Saskatoon. In this role, you will conduct research on environmental topics, collect data, interpret laboratory results, and prepare technical reports. You will also create data tables to assist with regulatory reporting. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be entering your third or fourth year as a university student specializing in environmental sciences, natural sciences, or a related field. Field experience is an asset, and you must be able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and organization skills are required, and you must hold a valid driver's license. An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and/or snowmobile safety course is an asset. This is a 4-month temporary student term starting May 2025 to August 2025. Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,770-$68,640, making it an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in their field.
