We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Management Controller to join our team at Infinity Global, Inc. This is a key position that will play a critical role in the operational and strategic management of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Develop and implement financial reporting tools for senior management.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop a reporting framework for management.
  • Design and maintain activity dashboards to track financial performance.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Develop and implement budgeting procedures with operational departments.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize budget data from operational departments and profit centers.
  • Produce budget summary information and integrate it into monthly or quarterly results templates.
Inventory Management and Accounting
  • Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reporting and dashboards.
  • Control inventory operations of goods and finished products.
  • Complete economic and financial studies, including simulations, red flags, and scenario analysis.
Process Improvement
  • Anticipate deviations and take corrective action to improve business performance.
  • Support the Sales team with financial pro-forma and guidelines.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure expected results are achieved.
Information Systems
  • Participate in the implementation of ERP modules and define information flows.
  • Configure applications and lead project meetings related to dashboards and financial information.
Requirements
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position, such as Internal Controller or Manager Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Business Schools or Universities with a focus on Economics and Finance.
  • Proficiency in management control finance and management control information systems.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting-Control-Audit, Finance, Management Sciences, or Business Strategy.
Skills
  • Mastery in the use of information systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and ERP.
  • Strong analytical skills and competence in data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks in a detailed and timely fashion.
  • Good knowledge of the industry and company operations.
  • Fluent in English.
