We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team at BD. As a key member of our Cost Optimization team, you will play a critical role in driving cost improvement strategies and initiatives across our manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cost improvement plans to achieve business objectives and drive cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing, to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
- Lead and manage projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, supply chain leaders, and finance teams
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and drive cost savings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, with a focus on cost optimization and process improvement
- Strong technical expertise in project management, operations management, and lean manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
