Job Title: Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer

At Td Synnex, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in advising our senior management team on all aspects of commercial contracts law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide contractual support for France and EMEA regions
  • Manage complex legal issues and deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and conclude vendor contracts and customer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Create precedent contracts and forms
  • Identify management information requirements for measuring legal risk exposure and performance
  • Ensure high-quality legal service and support to the business, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Identify, cover, and control all aspects of legal risk in contract implementation and internal systems
  • Support other legal duties as required by your line manager

Requirements:

  • Attorney in good standing with 5 years of experience in French and English, with a commercial background
  • Previous in-house experience is essential, with a focus on commercial contracts
  • 5-year law degree from a certified educational institution (preferably in France) or related degree required
  • Knowledge of French mandatory law requirements for commercial buy/sell transactions is essential
  • High-level thinking and problem-solving capability, with the ability to work under heavy stress and shifting priorities
  • Organized, methodical, and able to work closely with all parts of the business
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with senior-level management and sales teams
