About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Technical Lead to join our team at Eni. As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for designing and evolving application solutions, with a focus on sales channels and customer value management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions that integrate with our application roadmap, ensuring response times and performance in line with business initiatives.
  • Lead the development team, facilitating organization, planning, and proper functioning of the technical team.
  • Define functional designs and technical requirements using company-defined tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure technical quality of solutions, procedures, and development models.
  • Conduct evaluations and discussions on time and cost estimates with IT suppliers.
  • Develop or validate technical documentation of initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a software engineer.
  • Knowledge of programming and development tools, as well as development process support.
  • Knowledge of technical architecture of solutions in frontend, web services integration, and high-performance areas.
  • Proven experience in complex platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation solutions and campaign management with Customer Value Management objectives.
  • Business sense and high orientation to business results.
  • Web/app product architectures and sales solutions.
  • Ability to travel.
  • English level B2 or higher.
