We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Werfenlife Sa. as part of the Beacon Project. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our clinical software.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze software requirements, specifications, and design to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, project management, and quality assurance, to identify and prioritize testing activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of testing processes and procedures.
- Participate in risk analysis and mitigation activities to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Generate and maintain accurate and detailed test reports, including metrics and analysis.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with software testing methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing activities.
