Job Summary

Veepee is seeking a skilled Planning Analyst to provide support in the creation and maintenance of production planning tools. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to simplify, automate, and train on these tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and enhancement of production planning tools to optimize the production planning process.
  • Collaborate with the data analyst to automate manual processes and implement best practices.
  • Conduct regular analyses to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements and automation.
  • Support training sessions and new processes, including conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to team members.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and present results, including analyzing data from different sources and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Help teams understand metrics and calculations, including educating and guiding team members on how to interpret and utilize metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Drive the centralization and improvements of the internal website, including generating and maintaining content and regularly monitoring and analyzing user feedback.

Requirements

  • Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced in using Microsoft Excel and ideally Google Sheets.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and RPA.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or programming.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
  • Business-oriented mindset.
  • English advanced required; knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus.
