Buscamos un/a Especialista en Soluciones Digitales para que se encargue de optimizar el rendimiento tecnológico y los procesos asociados a nuestros proyectos, con un fuerte enfoque en la gestión de proyectos y la excelencia técnica.

Responsabilidades:

  • Garantizar diseños tecnológicos que se ajusten a las necesidades cambiantes de nuestros clientes (Hospitales) durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Fomentar la comunicación efectiva con equipos de operaciones, comercial y soporte técnico, asegurando el cumplimiento de las expectativas del cliente y los objetivos operativos.
  • Supervisar proyectos relacionados con la digitalización y gestión de datos, buscando continuamente la mejora y optimización de procesos mediante análisis de datos.
  • Liderar la resolución ágil de problemas relacionados con software, hardware, red y procesos, asegurando una rápida respuesta en colaboración con equipos de mantenimiento y personal asistencial.
  • Planificar y ejecutar actualizaciones técnicas (hardware, software) en función de las necesidades del cliente, garantizando una implementación exitosa.
  • Coordinar auditorías de parametrización técnica (mecánica, eléctrica y de configuración) para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos.
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de mejora continua para alcanzar los objetivos de servicio y optimización de costos en colaboración con proveedores tecnológicos y logísticos.
  • Impartir formación técnica y coaching para garantizar el uso adecuado de la tecnología.
  • Participar en la instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevas soluciones, desde el análisis de las necesidades del cliente hasta su implementación.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos visuales que apoyen la toma de decisiones y la creación de planes de acción.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Ingeniería en Organización Industrial, Ingeniería Biomédica o similar.
  • Experiencia de 2 a 4 años.
