About the Role
As a Digital Product Manager at CaixaBank, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in the digital onboarding of financial products. You will build business cases to support new initiatives and develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive commercial and product decisions. Your goal will be to strengthen our top-tier digital teams with the best profiles and achieve European leadership in digital financial experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and creatively solve opportunities for improvement in the digital onboarding of financial products.
- Build business cases that support new initiatives to achieve digital sales objectives.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive commercial and product decisions and strategies.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze large and complex datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Conduct impact analysis on changes in Product/App, with a comprehensive view from conversion to impact on business metrics.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and data quality.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure its integrity and usability for analysis and modeling.
Requirements
- Degree or Master's in a STEM field (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, etc.).
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience as a data analyst, business analyst, data scientist, or similar role in strategic consultancies, technology companies, or start-ups (financial sector knowledge is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and critically.
- Business impact and customer experience orientation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in data preparation, consolidation, and normalization.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Self-management and resilience to stress.
- Communication in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in agile environments.
