Job Title: Global Access Management Compliance Specialist

At Importante empresa, we are committed to creating a healthier, more equitable world through our innovative solutions and diverse workforce. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Access Management Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure access management governance over applicable information technology controls and compliance-related activities, including SOX certification and relevant policies and procedures.
  2. Perform reviews of system access and segregation of duties conflicts for all users of ERP and application systems.
  3. Lead the Global Access Management governance process and ensure timely completion of access recertification.
  4. Identify and mitigate SOD conflicts and document mitigating controls assignments.
  5. Update the mitigating control library annually.
  6. Manage access approvers and provide training and support to business reviewers and approvers.
  7. Perform controls validation testing and assist with due diligence projects.
Qualifications:
  1. University degree in Finance or related field or equivalent with professional certification (e.g., CISA, CPA).
  2. Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required.
  3. Working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP's) an advantage.
  4. Familiarity with SOX documentation procedure and SOX certification desirable.
  5. Demonstrated experience in internal/external audit, finance, compliance.
  6. Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a good command of the English language.
