About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Access Management Specialist to join our team at Daikin Europe NV. As a key member of our IT Development department, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and compliant use of our SAP ERP system across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorization Management
    • Monitor and control user access to SAP, ensuring Segregation of Duties (SOD) compliance and minimizing risks.
    • Analyze and resolve complex authorization requests, collaborating with the IT Authorization team and stakeholders.
  • SOD Compliance
    • Design and implement regular checks on the authorization concept and user access to ensure SOD compliance.
    • Create and update dashboards and reports to analyze and determine the root cause of SOD conflicts.
  • Process Improvement
    • Support the redesign and improvement of procedures involving SAP authorization, maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in IT authorizations or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Solid analytical capabilities and affinity with business processes.
    • Critical mindset and ability to work independently.
    • Quick learner with self-management and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to form and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
    • Professional and diplomatic communication skills.
    • Knowledge of SAP authorizations, including FIORI authorization setup.
    • Knowledge of SOD concepts and SAP GRC or other risk & compliance tools is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Excel is a plus.
