Position:
Product Manager SI + TAVI Iberia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the SH programs on the product line(s) in Iberia. This includes developing the programs needed to launch the products, to promote the clinical benefits and to achieve the annual financial plan and quotas. The Product Manager will build a strong relationship with European HQ & Global to develop marketing and educational programs for market development. Additionally, the candidate will build a powerful information datasource about the market conditions in Spain by soliciting information and feedback directly from our sales force and customers. The Product Manager will identify and analyse trends in the Spanish market and respond to field needs through timely development of pertinent information and promotional materials. The candidate will also give input on geographic forecasts including unit demand for operation planning and revenue projections for finance reporting. Furthermore, the Product Manager will build the correct interaction with the European Marketing Group to accomplish objectives consistent with company and divisional goals. The Product Manager will launch, follow up and track product/campaigns in the corresponding portfolio conducted by Global. The candidate will perform Product Presentations. The Product Manager will provide technical support of the corresponding portfolio and assistance over the whole national territory to physicians. The candidate will provide support to Sales Team. The Product Manager will provide Market intelligence reports. The candidate will analyze competitors' devices and maintain updated marketing database. The Product Manager will provide Market information to Sales Department. The candidate will ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed. The Product Manager will produce Monthly reports on personal activities. The candidate will ensure that all EMEA current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed. The Product Manager will represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity. The candidate will report and keep his/her immediate Manager informed about his/her business progress and assist him/her in building the yearly operating plan. The Product Manager will maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies with respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting. The candidate will proactively plan their weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels in your country/division.
