About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting & Tax Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to clients worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Register all entries in the accounting process
  • Calculate relevant accounting entries
  • Prepare import files for ERP upload
  • Maintain control sheets for entries' calculations
  • Tax Compliance
  • Prepare transfer orders or coordinate with Back-Office
  • Statutory Reporting Support
  • Audit Assistance
  • Prepare invoice drafts
  • Manage physical and virtual files of the team's portfolio
  • Send electronic correspondence to clients (invoices, bank statements, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Consolidated experience in accounting
  • Medium English level (Spoken and written)
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office package
  • Strong team-playing skills
  • Quick-learning and flexibility towards a changing environment
What We Offer:
  • Flexible schedule (Entry between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, end time between 5:00 and 7:00 PM)

Estimated salary range: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
