About the Role

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in Infrastructure both on-prem and in the Cloud to be the driving force behind advancing customer missions through the power of Oracle's comprehensive cloud and on-prem portfolio. As a member of our Global Presales Service (GPS) team, you will collaborate with our Field SE teams to deliver high-quality Sales Engineering work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increasing Sales Engineering effectiveness through more customer-facing time in country
  • Increasing Sales Engineering efficiency through standardization, specialization, and automation
  • Engaging in Opportunities, Business, and Customer Development as well as Partner-related activities
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers and partners
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations and demos
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success
Requirements
  • High-level engagement and ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their potential applications
  • Technical fluency and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional value
