Cloud Solutions Specialist

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and leveraging cloud technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions? Our client is seeking a dynamic and technically adept individual to help customers succeed in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cloud sales by leading customer conversations to secure new cloud business and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present value propositions by delivering compelling presentations on cloud platform solutions, aligning value propositions with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
  • Provide detailed technical insights and product overviews, tailoring them to customer needs and use cases.
  • Accelerate customer success by applying your growing technical acumen to develop innovative ideas that enhance customer outcomes in the cloud.
  • Highlight the competitive advantages of the cloud platform and position it effectively to address customer needs.
  • Demonstrate the technical and business benefits of cloud solutions via virtual meetings.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of customer solutions and assist in proposal development.
  • Act as a primary technical contact for the tele-sales team, assisting with customer inquiries and cloud deployment planning.
  • Conduct training sessions to share your expertise with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Drive business success by achieving team-level targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by constantly researching the latest developments in cloud computing, both for the platform and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish and English, with at least C1 Danish and B2 English.
  • 3-6+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or pre-sales experience, with a track record of driving cloud-based solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architectures related to cloud productivity and communication solutions.
  • Understanding of identity, authentication, security, and privacy.
  • Experience in cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions, with a solid understanding of deployment planning and cloud adoption strategies.
  • Minimum cloud fundamentals certification upon entering the role, with advanced certifications (like L200) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a major/minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering preferred. Master's degree is a bonus.
