Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). The ideal candidate will thrive on hunting new opportunities and driving growth into new markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in eCommerce, Distributors, and Integrators & Big Accounts
  • Promote our weighing technology through product demonstrations, sales pitches, and meetings via video calls, online platforms, and in-person visits
  • Manage and track leads, prospects, and deals in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling technical products, preferably in the industrial or technology sectors
  • Hunter mentality, with a strong focus on proactively finding and developing new business
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, driving your own sales success
  • Strong skills in CRM systems and digital sales tools to maximize efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills for cold outreach and technical sales discussions
  • Advanced level of English for international sales conversations
