Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our solutions with our customers' existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Deployment and Installation: Assist customer staff in the deployment and installation of Entrust products, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
- Issue Resolution: Facilitate the successful resolution of customer deployment issues through effective use of Entrust's Support and/or Auth & PKI Professional Services organization.
- Requirements Gathering: Attend meetings to understand customer requirements and provide development and deployment options, as well as informal knowledge transfer for Entrust products.
- Customization: Identify any software customization requirements for customer projects, ensuring that our solutions meet their unique needs.
- Infrastructure Assessment: Research existing infrastructure and functionality, hardware, software, and third-party products, and provide architectural guidance specific to future business and technical needs, product utilization, and disaster recovery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that customer needs have been met and that the product/solution is fully functioning according to specification.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (computer science or telecommunications).
- Communication Skills: Excellent English written and oral communication skills to communicate principles and directions to end-users, clients, and fellow development consultants' partners.
- Independence: Must be willing and able to act independently, including working at home and alone on client sites.
- Self-Starter: Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Travel: Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Application Installation: Installation and configuration of some common business applications (e.g., Web and App servers, Database, LDAP).
- Entrust Products: Entrust products: IdentityGuard, Security Manager, TrustedX.
- Secure Authentication: Secure Web-based authentication and rights management solutions, either Entrust's or a competitor's product suite.
- Public Key Infrastructure: Public key infrastructures (PKI) and digital certificate technology.
- Digital Signature: Digital signature and eIDAS legislation.
- Authentication Protocols: Authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, Oauth 2.0, Open ID Connect) and concepts (2FA, Federation).
- Smartcard and Token-Based Solutions: Smartcard and token-based solutions.
- Web Technology Development: Web technology development, especially Java-based.
- Directories: Directories (OpenLDAP, Active Directory).
- Databases: Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
- Technical Background: A strong technical background in Information Technology Security is desirable.
