We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Quality Engineer to join our team in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, Barcelona. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of products and parts delivered by our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and during manufacturing process.
- Record associated NCRs, results, and KPIs, and lead continuous improvement and prevention of quality defects.
- Ensure quality of produced products and encourage proper criteria to production teams.
- Contribute to site improvement actions and programs related to IQ scope.
- Functionally manage the team of verifiers of the Workshop.
- Report KPIs, defects, and quality incidents of the Workshop.
- Industrial Technical Engineering degree.
- Technical background enabling understanding of critical characteristics of products.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
- Experience in operational activities and documentation management.
- Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO 9001, IRIS,...).
- Awareness of processes and products delivered in the project.
- Fluent English.
