We're looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth by managing key client relationships. As a member of our Business Development team, you'll play a central role in building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the success of our acquiring solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and retention with key merchants.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Liaising with internal teams to develop innovative acquiring solutions that meet merchant needs.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and agreements with key clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure merchant satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A background in business development, account management, or sales within the payments space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on delivering mutual value.
