About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German Expert Rating Specialist to join our team at Welocalize. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters
  • Work with data in German and contribute to shaping the future of web-based advertising and AI models
Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in German (as spoken in Germany)
  • Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment
  • Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it relates to artificial intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following: AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
  • Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising
