Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
  • Supporting in mapping business processes and solution requirements
  • Supporting the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
  • Supporting solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards
  • Driving deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
  • Supporting other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
  • Supporting in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
  • Introducing SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
  • Delivering solution training to customer team members
  • Creating project documentation and documentation of delivered services
  • Understanding the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and deliver according to service specification
  • Supporting in solution testing and issue resolution

Requirements for this role include:

  • University degree in economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent work experience
  • Up to 3 years of functional experience
  • Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
  • Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Suite
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish language
