About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Analytics & Insights team at SAP. As a senior consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of SAP Analytics solutions, utilizing SAP best practices, business content, procedures, and recommendations to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
  • Map business processes and solution requirements to drive transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
  • Design and configure solutions for specific industries, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards
  • Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
  • Support colleagues in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies, and project de-escalation
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure ecosystem and customer success
  • Introduce SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
  • Deliver solution training to customer team members
  • Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services
  • Understand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
  • Support in solution testing and issue resolution

Requirements

  • University degree in economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent work experience
  • Up to 3 years of functional experience
  • Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
  • Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Suite
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish language
