Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Supplier Connectivity Agent to join our Supplier Integration department in Palma. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supplier integration processes and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve supplier connectivity petitions and implement best practices to optimize our supplier integration processes.
  • Provide first-level support for questions and doubts regarding our applications and systems.
  • Take on new projects and ensure seamless connections between our stakeholders and technologies.
  • Analyze our systems and provide valuable insights to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate and organize processes related to user training and process optimization.
  • Create and maintain operational and training documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related business field.
  • Extended understanding of the tourism industry, including knowledge of channel managers and integration models.
  • IT affinity and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and related MS Office products.
  • High level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style.
  • Results-oriented and self-organized.
  • Ability to travel.
