Job Summary

As a Principal Biostatistician at Syneos Health, you will play a key role in leading clinical research projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing statistical plans to ensure high-quality data analysis.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of statistical analysis plans, including the creation of mock-up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide independent review of project work produced by other biostatisticians.
  • Develop and implement training plans for biostatistics associates.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in biostatistics or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical trials, including leading multiple projects and programs of studies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including SAS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
