Senior Biostatistician

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Principal Biostatistician to join our team. As a key member of our biostatistics department, you will be responsible for providing statistical expertise and support to our clinical trials.

• Provide statistical guidance and support to biostatisticians on assigned projects.
• Develop and implement statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and statistical programming specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of high-quality work.
• Review and provide feedback on project deliverables, including statistical reports and clinical study reports.
• Lead complex or multiple projects, including submissions and integrated analyses.
• Participate in Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and/or Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) activities.

• Master's or Ph.D. in biostatistics or a related field.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials, including statistical design, analysis, and programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages, including SAS and R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
