The Role:

At Personio, we're looking for a talented Technical Program Manager to join our Data Strategy and Operations team. This exciting role will help drive and support cross-functional data programs to enable success at Personio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data programs and facilitate collaboration among teams to improve data operations and drive business success.
  • Develop and track progress on OKRs, ensuring alignment with company goals and roadmaps.
  • Manage the Data Department Jira service desk, from initiative setups to notifications.
  • Act as a Scrum Master on multiple data virtual teams, prioritizing tasks and dependencies, and managing sprint progress.
  • Design and implement Data Enablement programs to ensure Personio knows how to access and navigate data effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in program management with a strong understanding of data or 2+ years as a hands-on data analyst with a passion for program management.
  • Proven track record of driving business success through data-driven insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
