About This Role

We are seeking a talented Rust Engineer to join our team at New Relic, Inc.

This role requires a strong background in Rust programming language and experience in building scalable software systems.

As a Rust Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Rust-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality Rust code for our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development
  • Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our software
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Rust programming language
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
