Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement Process Leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill requisitions and lead the procurement process to meet purchasing targets of cost, quality, and timing.
  2. Material Sourcing: Purchase materials according to required technical specifications, cost, delivery schedule, and terms, ensuring effective deals with suppliers, traders, and service providers.
  3. Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of purchasing activities and cost reduction across the entire supplier chain.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Timely communication with all stakeholders within the supply chain to ensure seamless operations.
Strategic Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement Process Management: Initiate purchase orders according to purchase requisitions and standard procedures, managing order acknowledgment by suppliers and confirming delivery schedules.
  2. Purchase Order Management: Release purchase orders to suppliers, managing order acknowledgment and confirming delivery schedules to meet business requirements.
  3. Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure purchase orders are executed and goods received, resolving discrepancies related to purchasing, delivery, receiving, and payment to suppliers.
  4. Supplier Performance Management: Oversee supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, lead time, and competitiveness against market standards.
  5. Supply Chain Development: Identify and qualify new suppliers, collaborating with purchasing and engineering specialists to ensure effective supply chain management.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work with Administration & Finance Department and other internal departments to ensure effective supply chain management.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Create a positive impact on all stakeholders by sharing Catenon's strong brand values, essence, philosophy, heritage, and way of doing business.
