Overview
Award-winning Novartis seeks a seasoned Product Security Leader to lead the global ITOT OT Serialization and Product Tracking organization. Located in Barcelona, this role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving serialization and product security across all control systems, equipment, IT applications, and utilities at Novartis Manufacturing Sites.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Automation or IT, with in-depth knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global OT Product Security and Tracking ITOT team consisting senior specialists and Associate directors.
- Accountable for program, project, and product delivery to business.
- Define, develop, and implement global SPT operations and programs in alignment with Novartis ISC strategy.
- Partner with business to drive Transformation programs enabled by technology supporting transformation outcomes.
- Measure and drive the business value of transformation initiatives under Program, Projects, and products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, automation, engineering, or a related field.
- English fluent.
