Global Sales Specialist: Revolutionize Laboratory Processes
We are seeking a dynamic professional with a substantial background in laboratory processes or laboratory equipment sales to join our vibrant team. As a Global Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of robotic laboratory automation solutions in line with our division strategy.
- Main Accountabilities:
- Sell products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned divisions.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Prepare sales plans using company tools and perform regular status reviews.
- Create added value for the customer and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
You will join a dynamic, high-performing team where you will be able to thrive. Key Qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology or equivalent, solid understanding of laboratory processes and/or laboratory equipment sales (5 years), experience in laboratory automation and robotics (highly valued), availability to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time) and fluency in English is a must; other languages are valued.
