Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Expert to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and coordinate the Group's annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts, working closely with global business leaders to review, challenge, and consolidate their plans.
  2. Business Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders across key business areas to support decision-making and daily operations analysis, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze and assess performance against budget, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements, and driving cost or margin improvement opportunities.
  4. Forecasting and Planning: Act as a point of contact to Global Leaders, identifying deviations and trends to be applied to rolling forecasts on a monthly basis, and engage in 3Y Forecast and Cash Flow forecast preparation.
  5. Reporting and Insights: Collaborate with the BI department and Controller to build insightful reports and dashboards to track business performance and deliver meaningful insights to business leaders.
Requirements
  1. Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to efficiently communicate with senior business leaders and drive change in a cross-functional global environment.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive change in a cross-functional global environment.
  3. Experience and Education: Possess 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or investment banking, with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study.
  4. Technical Skills: Be proficient in Excel and have a proactive mindset, thriving in fast-paced, always-changing environments.
  5. Additional Requirements: Possess excellent English skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
Nice to Have
  1. Advanced Education: Possess an MSc in Business Administration or Finance, or hold an Accounting qualification.
  2. Technical Skills: Have experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Google Data Studio), planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, Workday or similar), and SQL knowledge.
