Job Description

The Finance Business Partner – Global IT role at Galderma involves working closely with senior stakeholders in the IT organization to control IT and project-related costs. This includes providing global visibility and tracking of costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement in IT investments, identify savings opportunities, and ensure delivery of key targets.
  • Manage financial processes for IT costs, including forecasting and reporting both internally and externally, and across all global IT spend.
  • Drive closer cooperation across the financial community to support transparency and IT cost reporting, ensuring the financial model is fully implemented.
  • Continuously improve the IT costs operating model, ensuring back charges are eliminated.
  • Manage overall Facilities costs and Budget, ensuring proper reporting (CAPEX, Operational costs, Depreciation & Amortization).
  • Act as the financial expert regarding CAPEX Management related to IT costs in close collaboration with Corporate Accounting / Group Consolidation.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in controlling and/or audit Finance department for an international company and matrix organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or IT industry.
  • Global knowledge in reporting costs in complex multi-national structures.
  • Know-how in Accounting and Controlling.
  • Good command of business English is mandatory, any additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Microsoft Office skills mandatory (Word, Excel, Outlook) & ERP knowledge (SAP+).
  • Business Intelligence tools knowledge (Hyperion, BO, Power BI) and reporting systems.
