About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Server/Network Technician to join our team at Amazon, where you will work on installing and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud. As a member of our Data Center Operations team, you will collaborate with our engineering and logistics teams to maintain daily operations and ensure the highest standards for safety and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs
  • Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts
  • Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events
  • Work a shift schedule (4 days on and 4 days off, including night shifts on a rotational basis)
Requirements
  • 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
